Oh, The Chutzpah

I'm brokering the sale of my officemates' copies of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and here is one of the queries I got in the mail. I really don't mind being asked the first question, or even the other questions, for that matter. I don't have a beef with Ebayers requesting discounts or other courier or whatever. I try to accommodate them as much as I can. What galled me was her manner of asking.
