Dirty Dancing

Here is the original Dirty Dancing number done by Patrick Swayze (sigh...) and Jennifer Grey. When I first watched this movie, I never really noticed that Jennifer Grey is not even beautiful or that she was barely passable as a virginal teenager. Patrick Swayze (sigh...) is not an all-out pretty boy either (he has a very, very nice body, but his neck is sooo thick!). Back then, all I saw was the sheer "rightness" of the two together...that they were a perfect match, the right key to the lock (haha! in more ways than one!). And during the "dirty" part of the dance (see at 2:36), their (especially Swayze's...sigh...) movements were so fluid, that their hips, when they curved toward each other, caressed and undulated...and looked so right.
