PHOTOCOPY BOOKS!!! Hehehehe...
Pa'no naman, ang mahal ng books namin. Mostly hard-bound pa. So I just buy books na kailangan talaga, and all others, especially non-major subjects, pinapa-photocopy ko na lang. I tell you, it felt DIRTY photocopying books on morality and ethics. Another reason for photocopying books was my sheer laziness in carrying things. So, on a good day, all I carry to school was a Filofax™. Well, not really a Filofax, just a generic patent mock croc planner with notebook leaves.

And let me tell you again another thing about me -- in my [vain] youth, I couldn't leave the house without face powder, kahit Johnson's lang, pwede na. I bring one wherever I go so I could retouch. Sobrang oily kasi ng face ko. Anyhoooo, kasi nga I didn't like lugging heavy bags, I just place my powder in a tiny zip-lock baggie and tuck it between the pages of my planner.

Minsan, I was frantically looking for my notes and accidentally dropped my face powder baggie. I picked it up, not really thinking how suspicious it looked, and went back looking for my notes. Narinig ko na lang yung classmate ko sa likod, whispering to his seatmate:
Classmate 1: Pre, shabu o.
Classmate 2: Pre, baka kaya perfect yung score nya sa last exams natin sa [name of the subject]...
I didn't know whether to be proud or mortified.
Didn't I tell you? I WAS FREAKING BADASS. :)
