Read: usisera. Back when I was in Grade 2, ninakawan ang simbahan sa tabi ng school that I was attending. The thieves (I assumed na plural kasi mahihirapan kung mag-isa lang) stole the ornate silver panels decorating the altar. See the gilded gold altar? That's where the silver panels used to be.

If I remember it right, half day lang ang pasok, but instead of waiting for the school bus, my friend (who's also "inquisitive") and I proceeded to the church, and fancying ourselves to be little Nancy Drews, we did our own investigation.

Umakyat kami sa altar and checked the area where the silver panels were.We peered on every nook and cranny. Kulang na lang fingerprinting kit and magnifying glasses. Alas! Our skills as sleuths were microscopic to nil and we did not yield any significant findings, well, other than our logical conclusion that there was more than one person who did the job. *We were positively Sherlockian!*

When we finally left the church, mag-a-alas dos na. Naiwan na ako ng school bus. Wala akong pamasahe pauwi. Buti na lang my friend kindly lent me money for my fare. If you think that was the end of my woes brought about by my pagka-usisera, NOOOOO!!! BUT WAIT, that's not all.

Hahaha Blue and red naman ngayon. Medyo na-nose-bleed lang ako sa tagline mo.. pagmatalino the! hahahaha

Nancy Drew!!! Favorite ko yung books niya dati. What I can't understand though, I have classmates who were laughing about my addiction to Nancy Drew series. As for the kwento, all the more I realize na duwag at matatakutin akong bata nun hahaha Takot ako sa matatanda at mapagalitan.

    1. Ano kasi, bored ako sa files ko, so paminsan-minsan, pag naiinip na ng todo, I tweak the template. Re tagline, hello, dati pa yan...di totoo yan. Mema lang. Ahahahahahaha!

Re Sweet Valley vs Nancy Drew, so true.

    3. Ang kauna-unahang Nancy Drew I read ay yung Secret of the Old Clock. :)
She was decades ahead of Lara Croft in discovering something in a clock. :)

    1. I can't claim any credit kasi I just used a site that makes monograms for weddings to generate that. :) But still, thank you!

  4. Hahaha! Classic naman itong story mo. I'm amazed at the details that you still remember up to this day! Sulat ka na ng book! =)

I love the font you used for TPS. Love ko yan. Ganyan din yung font sa Crane & Co. notecards that I like =)

    1. Siguro kasi may peklat na nagpapaalala sa akin. :)

Mine too!!! It's "Chevalier Stripes". Remember you gave me a box of notecards na may monogram? Ganyang font din ang ginamit mo. :)

I'd love to hear from you, good or bad. And remember, if you can dish it, you better be able to take it!
